As our way of showing our gratitude, East Valley Hospice would like to honor all of our patients who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

Staff from East Valley Hospice as well as an active member from the military armed forces will come to the patient’s home for a recognition pinning ceremony. The ceremony will last approximately 15 minutes. A certificate and recognition pin will be presented by the military representative to honor the patient for his or her service to the United States of America.

Previous patients have invited their families to be in attendance for the short but meaningful ceremony. If requested, a video of the ceremony will be available to the patient’s family.
