We offer Chandler in-home hospice care so those we serve can stay in the place they most want to be, surrounded by those they love. Family members also receive support from our team of professional and volunteer hospice caregivers. Hospice is a fully-covered Medicare benefit so there are no out-of-pocket costs to patients. East Valley Hospice is an In-Home hospice that exclusively serves the East Valley. We serve patients in the cities of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Maricopa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Higley and the surrounding communities. We stay in the East Valley so that our staff of Doctors, Nurses, CNA's, Social Workers and Chaplains are close to our patients and quickly accessible to them.
